Rice is the most important agricultural product of Asia. Basmati Rice is a simple grain, yet throughout history it has been on royal menus of various cultures as the main dish. It has been served to great sultans, maharajahs, shahs and emperors. Basmati rice transforms rice dishes into extraordinary meals.It can be cooked whole and served with stir-fries, sauces, and curries, or made into flour, wine, cakes, vinegar, milk, flakes, noodles.Biryani is the most famous dish made by Kernel Basmati Rice best produced in the lands of Pakistan.Rice is classified mostly by the size of the grain.Long-grain rice is long and slender. Medium-grain rice is shorter and plumper. Short-grain rice is almost round, with moist grains that stick together when cooked.

Long Grain Rice
Hulls & bran layers have been removed. Long grain rice has a long, slender kernel, four to five times longer than its width.Cooked grains are separate, light and fluffy. Long grain rice is perfect for rice side or main dishes.Biryani is a speciality of Long Grain Rice. "Qaswa" is specially produced with Long Grain Rice Paddy with an average grain length of 7.3 mm.The grain size is usually between 7.0 to 7.5 mm for Kernel Basmati Long Grain Rice.

Medium Grain Rice
Medium grain rice has a shorter, wider kernel than long grain rice. Grains are 2-3 times longer than wide.Cooked grains are more moist and tender than Long grain rice, and have a greater tendency to cling together than long grain.Hulls & bran layers have been removed. Plump, but not round. When cooked, the grains are more moist and tender than long grain rice. Ideal for dessert, casserole, bread and stir-fry recipes."Flying Master Basmati Rice" is a very good example of medium grain rice. This makes the rice more economical as the price goes down slightly while the cooking is maintained at an optimum level.

Short Grain Rice
Short grain rice has a short, plump, almost round kernel. Cooked grains are soft and cling together when cooked. Great for stir-fry recipes and puddings.Clock Tower White Rice is an example of our Short grain rice. It is mostly geared towards labour class but is a good source for making desserts and puddings. Chinese also uses short grain in their cookings.
